DMA Consulting is a business development strategic planning company that assists in the building of partnerships and relationships with clients.
My goal as the business developer is to assist my clients in representing their credentials and capabilities, developing capture strategies for new relationships to team for solicitations in all markets. These relationships are being built with large and small companies, as well as the USACE, NAVFAC SW, Air Force, BLM, DHS, DOD, DOI, Caltrans, SANDAG, etc. Building potential relationships with clients via prime or sub contract pursuits is the key in federal and transportation contracting.
